I'm slowly easing into it, so hopefully I will get to it at least one full day with just the drink this week. that is my goal. I've been eating mostly fruit/oatmeal and veggies, but I still have other temptations, such as hummus. - I just want to do ONE DAY with just the drink. ONE, before Friday. I CAN DO IT!0 -

I too was in the 300s. But we aren't here to judge or condemn. We were/are all in the same boat. I used to be scared to admit my weight too. I thought that people would laugh, gasp in horror, or throw fat jokes at me. However, I started MFP a few months ago, and things just changed for me. With support and motivation here and from my loved ones, I have no problem admitting the number. It's actually kind of refreshing to not have to hide something about myself. Just know that you won't have a 3 in front for long. A 2 will show up, and then eventually you'll hit onederland. Don't give up! And welcome!!!
Don't be ashamed I packed on lots of weight and was scared to get on the scales. Joining MFP has really motivated me and I'm a stone and a half lighter. Just go at your own pace and the rewards will come. I think you've come to the right place and the number will drop before you know it. Well done for being so brave and welcome0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I've been losing weight steadily for around the last 6 months, although looking at my progress chart it has been fluctuating wildly. However, over the last month I rapidly gained 3kg back, and decided I needed this challenge to kick me back into the right gear. Biggest struggle was that I actually gained weight the first 2 days, but by then kicking myself into a higher gear with both exercise and diet I managed to lose a decent amount the last few days of the week. Hoping I can continue to kick *kitten* and eat right!0 -
