I do have the mental power to say "no". It was just something I never really bothered with doing. No I didn't binge, but snacked on cookies cause I wanted to.
It was this thread that got me thinking differently about my snacking habit.
The logging helps me stay on my mental track.0 -

Oct goals:
1) Get protein in mid afternoon 5/7 days
2) only fruit after 8 pm 6/7 days
3) something sweet PORTION control, though! 6/7 days0 -

I used to think that I couldn't control LNS. I believed what I thought. Then I changed my thoughts. I told myself that I could control it. That was in Early August. Thoughts are powerful tools. I changed my thoughts and changed the habits of a lifetime. Since then LNS has only won once.
If I can do it, anyone can. Believe you can do this. Tell yourself often that you can. Your subconscious will do the rest.

I didn't set my goals. 4pm and 9pm are my danger times (though 4pm isn't technically late night!)
** healthy max 200 cal snack at 4pm
** finish daily intake by 7pm, 7 nights a week
** treat allowed 2 nights a week within calorie limits

Went a whole week and no snacking. Still get my sweet cravings, but the decaf tea is hitting the spot after 7.0 -
I'm back been on a break from here but not from losing weight , I've lost 45 lbs so far and I have 45 more to go and LNS gets me I think this will help me stay more focused on not losing the battle so much at night so I'm in for this challenge!!! Nice to be a part of it with you all !!0
