    It was still fruit, but had burned about 960 calories that day and had eaten relatively early. So I didn't want to wake up starving.

    1) Get protein in mid afternoon 5/7 days
    2) only fruit after 8 pm 6/7 days

    And note this to yourself. One good thing can lead to another. Especially if your husband offers you a LNS and you decline. He'll be wondering, "What the hay."
    Sometimes this catches the attention of your spouse, and they may follow your different eating habits.
    This happened with my husband.

    Will try this; late-night snacking is my "thing". A late-night snack is OK in my book if it doesn't put me over my calories for the day. What I'm trying to eliminate are the tub-of-ice-cream-when-I'm-not-even-hungry evenings.

    Truth. Most of my "dieting life," I would do excellent throughout the day then blow it at night with a binge. This challenge helps.....Do what works for you! Welcome! :)
