And note this to yourself. One good thing can lead to another. Especially if your husband offers you a LNS and you decline. He'll be wondering, "What the hay."
Sometimes this catches the attention of your spouse, and they may follow your different eating habits.

Will try this; late-night snacking is my "thing". A late-night snack is OK in my book if it doesn't put me over my calories for the day. What I'm trying to eliminate are the tub-of-ice-cream-when-I'm-not-even-hungry evenings.0

Truth. Most of my "dieting life," I would do excellent throughout the day then blow it at night with a binge. This challenge helps.....Do what works for you! Welcome!
