    I was feeling more hungry than usual this week. I found some exquisite honey crisp apples and added 1 to 2 a day, along with a little more protein. That increased my daily calorie intake by 350ish calories, and I was sure there would be no weightloss this week. I was wrong. I guess listening to your body is a smart thing. Now I am looking at gym memberships as it is time to add strength training to the mix. Good luck everyone!

    Successes/struggles this week: Worked out hard this week and stuck to my 1200/calorie plan which was auto-set in myfitness pal. Lost an incredible amount of weight this week, but previous week I had lost nothing so I am sure it evens out in the end. Changing target goal for EoM to hit 159 lbs.

    Successes/struggles this week: my Achilles Heel is Soda. I can't stop drinking it. I am going to try to ween myself off of it and see if that will increase my weightloss. I started my weightloss journey on May 4th at a weight of 224. I started off great the weight melted off and now not so much.

    I did really well with my eating this week. I worked out 4 days this week.

    I struggled with calorie burn. I burned what I wanted maybe two of the four days. It's my first week back so I'm trying to not be hard on myself and just stay motivated!!

    Successes/struggles this week: The combination of a bad busy week at work, plus my emotional eating got the best of me. I had coffee every day, at work they brought in cookies, donuts, and coffee.
    I could not control myself and tired all the cookies. I felt sick afterwards when I got home.

    This week I also ate A&W for breakfast, Friday was especially bad! I had a mcdonald's egg muffin combo with medium dd coffee. Lunch was McDonald's chicken mcnuggets, afternoon Costco hotdog, half a pop, and half an order of fries.

    Plan for this week:
    Go to gym or cycle Sunday,Monday,Wednesday,Thursday,Saturday.
    Work on getting more sleep each night, increase water intake.
    Watch calorie intake

    Successes/struggles this week: Really pleased with 2 lbs off this week, undoing a small gain last week and losing an extra pound on top. Oh, and it's now 11 weeks til Christmas, and I'd love to lose 17 more lbs by then... It's a big goal, but aiming for it should see me losing a good chunk! I can do this.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'll weigh in on the 15th, but the struggle has been slowing down and feeling more comfortable with all the changes I've been through. The past few weeks, I've been getting used to my new first-time bought home, and settling in. I've been on-the-go for the past couple months with the new home and passing the CCNA certification that my exercise have been put on the backburner. I'm re-dedicating my time off to going on longer runs.

    Successes: I successfully avoided participating in any of the treats they gave us this past week at work (it was customer service week at work and they showered us with food)...
    Struggles: lots of stress this week made some of my days over in cals... not by a lot but still enough to annoy me.
    Goals this week: Trying something new this week gonna be making salads in a jar for this week and chicken breasts and hoping that will be tasty and save some $$ at work.

    Second week with no loss. Not upset really because I know I stuck to my eating and exercise plan. But if the scale doesn't budge next week then I'll be a little frustrated.

    Successful completed my 1000 minute exercise in 1month. And the total was 1,099mins. So I'm chuffed with that. I didn't think it was gonna be possible.
