    Successes/struggles this week: Biggest struggle was diet. I was under my net calories for the week, but I had a bad calorie days on Sunday and again yesterday. Successes: I've been walking and exercising a lot - I'm sitting at the moment and all I can think about is how sore my shoulders are from my workout yesterday morning. Still I'm a kilo down since starting, so at least the trend is in the right direction! Also had a low of 77.8kg this week, so hopefully can get back there with some smart food choices.

    Successes/struggles this week: Really struggled with binging over the weekend so I'm pleased I've lost what I have. I've put in the ounces even as I'm just so relieved that I've lost even that! Not sure if I've done it right; my scales round it down in the stone mode so it looks like I've lost a pound. Happy with that. Feeling motivated now I've broken through the four stone barrier. Three still to go!

    Successes/struggles this week: I was in fattening up mode: sweets, cake, fatty; not committed for the last few months. Luckily, I didn't really gain so that's great. I have knee problems and I am not allowed to do sports for the next few weeks. I don't know yet, how to lose without sports as this is the thing that got me motivated also for my eating habits. It will be a bit tricky for me but then again, there are lots of people here who manage to lose without sports and I am sure my knee will be grateful for every kilo less it has to carry around. So here is to a new start!

    Successes/struggles this week: I fully expected a TOM weight gain this week, so I am pleasantly surprised! I was really good with staying under calories this week. I struggled with finding motivation to work out, however, because I was sick over the weekend, and got out of the habit of working out every day with 30 Day Shred after I finished it. I will be on vacation for the next week though, so if I can just maintain, I will be very happy!

    Successes /struggles this week: I hit my November goal early but I'm afraid to get too excited. I have a tendency of losing weight quickly at first then stalling out. Going to try to keep a positive attitude and stay consistent with my diet & workouts. I have a bad habit of losing motivation and quitting when the numbers don't continue to fall. I have to remember to focus more on good health rather than watching the numbers so closely! <3
