    @LinC3003 Try Vitamin Water Zero. I don't care for plain water myself, but I can drink this stuff all day every day. It has actually helped me cut out soda.

    Successes/struggles this week: It all went quite well until Friday night, when I went out with one of my besties. Ruined myself for the entire weekend and just ate junk as a result of feeling so hungover. Going out/socialising is really my downfall. Either I go for dinner and make bad choices because I don't want to feel like the boring dieter in my group of friends, or I skip dinner and get drunk as a result of drinking on an empty stomach and end up being bad all weekend.

    Successes/struggles this week: Did really well until potluck on Friday night..just can't control calories with so many choices. But was able to get right back under control and still lost weight. Just came out of boot for broken toe so exercise (walking) has been limited but am trying to get started up again.

    I know what you mean! When I go out, I look at what I've had for the week and try to choose a meal that's within the calorie limit for the week. Some bar and grills have amazing salads! It's hard to do sometimes, especially trying to fit in the drinking! Let me know if you ever figure it out!

    Successes: I did decently over the week.. well during the week i did....
    Struggles: Lots of stress this weekend made me just not do well at all... BLEH... ate lots of crap and didn't log... and now i am paying for it... both feeling wise and scale wise... back on track today...

    Goals this week: I changed it to 1.5 pounds per week... i want to see if that helps my cravings... I think the 1300 cals was too small this week... so experimenting a little.. going to stay within my cals and hopefully try a few more new recipes

    Successes/struggles this week: Weird, could've sworn I logged my weight in here last week. Filled in both weeks in any case. Had a pretty decent week! Ate well, went on a nice hike, had a nice swim, and the scale rewarded me! Hoping for a repeat this week to dip into the 170s finally!

    After 2 weeks of 0 loss this is nice to see. But, it does feel like the last two weeks were a waste. I didn't change anything because I couldn't think of anything wrong with my eating or activity. However, I am proud that I didn't QUIT and just took on the challenge head on. I'm quite surprised that I didn't even moan about it.

    There are two weighings left, so I hope that I can still reach my target for the month.
