On Wednesdays I go to a local Greek/Italian restaurant and have gyros. Instead of fries, I get 2 cups of spaghetti to go and eat it the next day for lunch. Two meals for the price of one! So yesterday I had gyros, today I had spaghetti.0

I've seen tons of cauliflower rice recipes. Is it really that good? Does it really taste like rice? How long does it store in the fridge?

Not sure if there is a better thread for lunches but I didn't see one so I'm resurrecting!
I had a nicoise salad-salmon, greens, green beans, hard boiled egg, white potato, and a green pesto dressing. I feel pretty full but for some reason I still want to snack! Sort of a slow day at work so I think it might be boredom.
