            I had a roasted pumpkin salad

            Salad - roast pumpkin and carrot, rocket and baby spinach, tuna and a home made dressing (red wine vinegar, honey & cumin). And coffee!0

            Was out -- had sushi & seaweed salad !!

            One serving of spaghetti with marinara left over from the dinner I made for the kids last night, plus a Luna protein bar. Total = 420 calories. 69g carbs, 11g fat, 20g protein
If there's one thing I've learned from portion control, it is that one serving of spaghetti is really small. Really, really small.0 -

            Not sure if there is a better thread for lunches but I didn't see one so I'm resurrecting!
I had a nicoise salad-salmon, greens, green beans, hard boiled egg, white potato, and a green pesto dressing. I feel pretty full but for some reason I still want to snack! Sort of a slow day at work so I think it might be boredom.

There was a student throwing desks around his classroom during my lunch so I had to tend to that instead of eat today. Oh well...guess I'll be having a lot of dinner!0 -

            Gala apple, ancient grains sriracha crisps, leftover scrambled eggs from breakfast. and water!0

            Wendy's small chili and jr. cheeseburger. Around 500 calories which is great...but whoaaaa, way too much sodium. It wasn't a terrible lunch but it makes me happy I go home and eat lunch 99% of the time!0

            I had...nothing at all
 I am about to make a Vegetarian "Toona" Noodle Salad Sandwich on 35 calorie (Healthy Life) bread and am thinking of adding a side of baby carrots, even though they will put me a bit over my calorie goal.
