    Hey guys, I'm definitely in for a fourth time! I somehow got lost in la la land last week, and totally sidetracked from all of my goals. I am back, and ready to get moving this week! Even though I'm starting late, I'm still gonna aim for 4500 calories again this week. I am determined to break those numbers! Happy losing to you all!

    right now I am majorly burnt out so not going to meet my goal for this week. Going to take it as a light week.
  • this is my first time doing this challenge but i love exercise! my goal is 7000 calories burned this week.

    I'm bad, i did the treadmill, walk, stairclimbing, just keep moving & wear my HRM to keep me abreast. I do the gym 6x week & leslie sansone 1x.
