Hey guys, I'm definitely in for a fourth time! I somehow got lost in la la land last week, and totally sidetracked from all of my goals. I am back, and ready to get moving this week! Even though I'm starting late, I'm still gonna aim for 4500 calories again this week. I am determined to break those numbers! Happy losing to you all!

this is my first time doing this challenge but i love exercise! my goal is 7000 calories burned this week.
so far so good!
Monday: 1115 burned - hiking/"climbing hills" 90 minutes
Tuesday: 1534 burned - cycling 10-12 mph for 180 minutes
Wednesday: 1478 burned- cycling 12-14 mph for 130 minutes
