Successes/struggles this week: Went to Six Flags over the weekend and walked over 5 miles while I was there. Used to be my feet would kill me and I would have to sit and rest but this time, I just walked and walked and enjoyed the not hurting. Sunday I was exhausted, but I think that was from getting home after 1 am and then getting up early for church. And I think that's a success also, getting up and going to church, even though I was exhausted. Two months ago I would have skipped church. Loving the little strides I am making to getting healthier.

Successes/struggles this week: I have been weight lifting 3x a week and have seen my physique change but not the scale. I was not motivated by it until I saw Eva say that she had the same issue. That sure did encourage me. Thank you, Eva! I am glad I am sticking to exercising 6x a week.
My struggles are that I eat more calories because it adds exercise calories in and I don't think the scale will move if I continue to burn the same as I put in. I need to eat less.

Marissa, I've had the same troubles this week - cold and tired does not equal motivation to go to the gym. We'll both do better next week!

Successes/struggles this week: some is better than none I guess. Got new batteries for my scale so I know this week is accurate lol. School is becoming tiresome. Dreams are still crazy, and work wants me to come in even earlier... FUN STUFF! But all in all, I'm content, I feel good in life so I really can't complain other than my tiredness. I'm trying to say away from processed foods, sticking with organic - and I didn't eat candy this week! Besides the Gin-Gins but I'm not sure those classify as "candy"...? Exercise still I have not gotten into a routine, luckily its starting to cool down so I can sleep in then go for a walk on the weekends.
