I'm 5'9 and currently weigh 178 lbs at 16% body fat.

My GOAL is to drop 10-15 pounds of fat turn it into lean muscle and stay at 178 or slightly lighter.

I am 5'1 and 103lb. Small boned and don't look too thin at all. (105 in avitar)

There is on average a 10 lb difference between small and medium and a 10 lb difference between medium and large.

All you ladies that are 5'2" or so that weight 115-125lbs....what is your bone structure? Big boned? Small boned? I am big boned 5'2" and I feel like I would be way to skinny at 125lbs but I really don't know because I have never been that small before. Right now I am 142.

In the 140s I'm still overweight and nowhere near slim.

I've been down in the 90s throughout my life and see that as my healthy range.

I have a question. I am on a low carb diet (to cure my leaky gut) and I consume btw 150 and 250 gr of fat per day. The app tells me that I week soon be 20lbs heavier but that doesn't make sense to me since I eat almost no carbs! Thoughts?

Ps. I am 5"4' and sound 111.used to be a few lbs heavies before going on this diet. I also workout 7 hrs per week

Whether you eat no carbs, all carbs, few carbs, it makes no difference. You need to eat fewer calories than you use in a day to lose weight, the same amount as you use to maintain weight, and more than you use to gain weight.
Right now you are eating enough to gain.
If you wish to change that goal go into your settings and adjust your goal.
Eat the calories MFP advises. The fat, carb, protein breakdown is up to you.

    Cheers, h.

I've been noticing that quite a few MFP members are aiming for weights that are unhealthy. Being too thin is not only unattractive it can be very dangerous. If you get ill there's nothing to fight it off with. Please focus on health as well as that number on the scale.

I'm 5' 5", my goal weight is 135 lbs but re evaluating this as I am thinking 135 should be my highest. Ideally my range will be 130-135 lbs.
