    Successes/struggles this week: This week I have been recovering from a bad sore throat. I am also on antibiotics so now working out or cycling this week.

    Overall I ate a little bit to much, I have been just above or close to my calorie limit for each day. So I am not surprised about my weight. I expected it to stay the same.

    I am starting to feel better, So I will incorporate working out or cycling once again.

    Successes/struggles this week: have struggled this week to stay within my suggested calories, but am eating much more healthily overall. Trying to cut down on snacking, as I feel it creeping back in after few weeks on track. Have been eating out a few times,nut have tried to track every day, making me feel more in control even if over allowance. 10 days now til my birthday. Trying to keep my eye on that one and lose a few more pounds...

    Successes/struggles this week: Feeling pretty good, definately hungry a lot of the time but trying to ignore it! I have not been exercising. I know if I get into a routine of exercising, it will kick my weight loss up a notch, but it has been difficult as I have been working so hard. Still, I must work it into my schedule to burn more calories!

    Yaaaaay! I'm getting somewhere, at last. And I'm in Onderland.

    NSV: it's a huge one- yesterday was my son's 1st birthday and we had a massive party for him. Friends and family that hadn't seen me for a while were amazed at my new appearance. I loved the comments. I'm also pleased that the party didn't hinder my weightloss.

    @Jessalane0607 well done on reaching your goal, that's fabulous!
    @LuckyAndi I know what you feel about lack of motivation. I skipped out of a run on Saturday because I just couldn't get myself motivated. I normally find the mental battle far worse than the actual exercise. Forced myself out the door yesterday though.

    Successes/struggles this week: I actually don't know how I managed such a good result last week as I wasn't particularly strict and went over my calories every day by around 200. I think either in comparison to my recent behaviour, it was still a major improvement, or I need to up my calories.

    Successes/struggles this week: Made a conscious decision to do better. So, when stressful moments presented, I decided to exercise instead of eating. I'm also reading a new book by Dr. Joel Fuhrman titled 'Eat to Live'. It's a journey, but I know I plan to embrace the H=N/C lifestyle.

    Back to the lowest weight I was registering earlier in October (pre-kids-college-search-excursion) and that gives me just enough time to drop another fraction of a pound before 31 October! Won't meet my goal but I'll get there eventually. Just will probably shout with joy when I see the scale finally read 160-something. Then I'll know that 150s (& eventually 140s) are definitely within reach!

    I know they're not exactly 1 week apart, but I work nights and don't weigh when I'm in the middle of my stretch on.
    My goal is to not gain between now and Nov 1st. I would love to be under 215 by Christmas, and under 200 by the end of March my 29th bday :)

    Struggles: temptation with sweets, making sure I'm getting all my water, coke zero.

    Successes/struggles this week: my struggles have been morning workouts, I missed Tues and Wed but I have been walking before lunch. I always struggle with candy at work. Also, my coworker has a snack station right behind me, I have good and bad days but I do stay within my calories. My successes is that I did workout Sat and Sun which is usually very hard for me. I feel my stomach going down too which is exciting :D

    Successes/struggles this week: Pretty annoyed and frustrated. I surpassed my goal on Sunday (76.9 kg), I really feel like I had made a lot of progress - including 4 days in the 77's (Fri = 77.8, Sat = 77.7, Tue = 77.9 and Wed =77.2) - and with yesterday being only 200 grams off my goal.... only to step on the scales today and see the same exact weight as last week on Thursday morning weigh in. I know I can fluctuate wildly sometimes day to day - and the trend is definitely going down, its just irritating to have made progress every day this week except the day that counts.

    Successes/struggles this week: Just as I suspected from last week....it was all water weight from vacation. Have ended up slightly lower that before I left, but not as much progress as I've liked. My logging has been sloppy this week and I've struggled finding time to work out because I've been working a ton of overtime. I know I will not meet my goal this time around, and that is ok. I am still nearly 3 pounds down for the month, which is better than when I started!
