lose 20 pounds by new years

1.5 pound loss at 139.7 this week. This might sound crazy because it's only a 1.5 pound difference but I don't remember weighting this amount , 130' something even if it's barely! I must have been 12 he That's an huge achievement for me. This time last year I weighted around 192. I've come a long way since then and I have a long way to go but that mountain I've already conquered is motivation to conquere the next one, in shaa allah.

I am in but starting a little late effective today 10/27/2015. I would be super happy with 15 lbs but I figure if I shoot for 20, I will do better.0

GW: 160 (by 4/30/15) daughter's graduation in May...been fat all her high school years so gotta do this in style.

I'm looking for support and puerile who ate motivated.My husband has no urge to eat healthy. But I want to lose another 20 lbs by new years. I'm down 40 lbs of baby weight from my son who just turned a year, abd I had for surgery a couple weeks ago and just started to get back into working out0

Is it too late for me to join you guys?! I need to lose a total of 20lbs. If I could do it by New Years that would be so awesome!! I'm just now getting started its been several months since I've worked out so I'm slowly getting back to it. It's hard!!!

Yeah, I think I can do this. I'm at 180 right now and I'd love to be 160 again by New Years. I gained a bunch of weight this year because of stress and other reasons. It's just fat and I want it gone before I have to buy a new wardrobe.0
