Successes/struggles this week: Pretty annoyed and frustrated. I surpassed my goal on Sunday (76.9 kg), I really feel like I had made a lot of progress - including 4 days in the 77's (Fri = 77.8, Sat = 77.7, Tue = 77.9 and Wed =77.2) - and with yesterday being only 200 grams off my goal.... only to step on the scales today and see the same exact weight as last week on Thursday morning weigh in. I know I can fluctuate wildly sometimes day to day - and the trend is definitely going down, its just irritating to have made progress every day this week except the day that counts.0 -

Successes this week: 260's!!! I'm just amazed how far that I've come. I haven't been this weight and this consistent in years. This is TOM week, so I'm kind of surprise by the loss.
Struggles this week: My daughter isn't well. She is getting a lot of tests done. The stress levels are high. Exercise and MFP have helped me tremendously to stay on track.

Successes/struggles this week: Just as I suspected from last week....it was all water weight from vacation. Have ended up slightly lower that before I left, but not as much progress as I've liked. My logging has been sloppy this week and I've struggled finding time to work out because I've been working a ton of overtime. I know I will not meet my goal this time around, and that is ok. I am still nearly 3 pounds down for the month, which is better than when I started!0 -

Successes/struggles: Lifting weights, gaining a lot of muscle so I am not dropping the weight as much as in the first months when I started my journey. However, it is a down trend, so I'm okay with it. Rather lose slowly but consistently even if it takes a little longer. Oh, and my waist is 7.5" less than 6 months ago!0 -
