I want to start the Keto diet, but I'm not sure if I have my calculations right. Any advise on how to get started?

Keep carbs under 25g for the first ~6weeks
Keep protein to ~.8g per lb of lean body mass
Fill the rest of your cals with fats
Drink lots of fluid
Make a bone broth tea
Add salt to everything so you can hold the water you need to stay hydrated
Make sure you are getting enough magnesium and potassium as well'0 -
