Just joined 22 days ago. So glad I MFP.

I'm 5'10, thin-medium boned (my wrists, lower arms are tiny compared to my body), all fat around abdomen, butt area, and chest). I started at 241 and have lost 8lbs. Incredible that I'm doing this. Lost 45+ 10 years ago with WW but put on the pounds 1st week of maintenance and haven't look back since till 22 days ago.

My goal weight is 160 lbs.

Good luck ladies. We look awesome in heels!!!

    Such an inspiration!! Awesome job!!

175 is where i wanted to stop. I'm only 5'9 but I think even with the two inch difference, I would still be around this size and thats perfect for me. :D im glad, this post exists!

I'm 6"0 SW 255 pounds because of depression, baby weight, snacking, stuff like that. CW 175 pounds after 3 years of dieting. GW 117 pounds, so I have about 55 pounds to go. I'll lurk this thread.

Just FYI: your goal weight puts you underweight per BMI. Yes, BMI isn't a fail proof measure of health, but 117 pounds at 6'0 would make your BMI 15.9 (underweight is anything under 18.5). You may want to reevaluate your goal and set it at a healthier body weight for your height. To have a normal BMI, you would need to weigh at least 137 pounds.

    5'10", these are from about 225 to 176, size 18 to a size 12.
84lbs from my highest weight (of which I have no photos), about 20 more to go.
I went from 225-211 over about a year without trying, just noticed the scale change.
Changed what I ate and starting using MFP in may of this year, 211-176 has been all in
    the past 5 months.

Same jeans in the first 2 photos
Same dress in the next 2 photos
Me in size 12s, which I can't recall being in at all since maybe freshman year of high school

5'8, no idea about starting weight (but you can guess :D ) I was too scared to step on the scale
now: 143-145 lbs, fitter, faster and a group fitness instructor :)
(today I'm having a bad day though due to increased water retention, I felt sad and then I looked at my progress pic and realized that this will not knock me out ;) )
