    starting weight on pal 174, had lost from 188 a few previous months before joining the site. Im 59, currently 164 would luv to be at 150 but ill take a healthy 154 any day now ... last ten seem like the hardest !!

    Hi. 5.1. Slightly lanky lady. Started 114. Now at 110 consistently. Not sure if wanna try to get to 105. I think I'll just stick with maintenance, strength train / yoga and see what happens. Was always around 90 - 100 until age 34, then I discovered that maybe food was yummy when sharing nice meals with others, too yummy!

    5'6" current weight is 149 would like to be anywhere from 125-135 depending on the amount of muscle mass I have. Striving for a two pac but so far only got a one pac of rolls.

    CW-153lbs as of this morn.
    GW-140lbs has always been in my head, may push to 135lbs and see how I feel/look.

    Hi, I am 6 ft, 189 now, need to be 187 to guarantee the doctor does not put be back on diabetes medicine. Got down to 189, with out losing xl t shirt size in three months. So quite proud of that and a normal glucose level. I have no desire to get injured. And to get to this level I have been training seven days a week, all the time. Any tips appreciated.     SW: 220 (First time I dared weigh myself -I know I weighed much more at points)
    CW: 149.8 (I finally broke past the 150's!)
    GW: I'm honestly not sure! BMI says 120 would probably be best, but I've always been a cruvy goal so I'll shoot for that but evaluate how I feel at 130.

    I'm 5'0". My goal is to be at 125 lbs. I have about 25 to go. I'm aiming for at least 5 lbs per month and that'll get me there by summer. Getting to 127 lbs will put me back in the normal BMI range but I figured let's just make it an even 5 lb number :)

    I've literally just properly begun maintaining.

    I'm currently at 121.8 lbs (5 ft 2)
    I'm hoping through transitioning, I'll get to 120. Ideally would like my range to be 120-122 but who knows!

    That may seem high to people, but that puts me smack dab in the middle of the overweight category on the BMI calculator, and I feel great at that weight. Puts me in a size 8-10 pant, medium shirt.

  • 5'6" currently at 240lbs with a goal for about 170lbs. But mostly to just be healthy and be strong.
