I think I'll go with the reduce group but may change it later to maintain depending on how I feel if I get down to 130. There's a 2 week vacation planned in August and since it's a road trip I'm hoping to get in a lot of walking.

Just letting everyone know that I will post our very first chart tomorrow on a NEW THREAD. When I post that chart I ask that you look over your numbers and let me know if there is anything that needs to be changed (misspelled names, wrong start/goal weights, etc). Check your goals and see if they are REALISTIC. A good rule to remember that losing 1-2 lbs a week (for an average sized person) is healthy/safe. I want each and every one of you to experience success. You want to challenge yourself to do your best, but you also want to make sure that the goals you set can be attained.
