    So the extra skin does gradually lessen? With exercise? I sure hope so!

    Please be kind? Sweetheart you are AMAZING! I'm so proud of you! You didn't stop when the going got tough, you pushed through it! Inspiration....dedication....you are the poster child for these things! Don't you be ashamed of some stomach flab...not after this long haul you came through! It will find its way to where its supposed to go when you work on it and focus on that area. I admire you SO much! Congratulations on your weight loss...your success...and your NEW you!     You are truly amazing for losing that much weight and posting your success pictures! You look great. The excess skin will hopefully tighten on it's own with workout or you could always have surgery if you want.

    This is very inspirational because I too have over 100 pounds to lose!
