    After an amazing week in which I got down to 179.5 on Friday morning - I completely relaxed over the weekend and the scale punished me for it this morning!!!

    Not sure I am going to make the 5lb. I was at a conference all last week, but managed to be relatively good (said no to dessert and worked out). Am in town this week and will be very good. Then out of town again for a week. I will do my best though. I have not given up yet!

    not as much loss as I would like. had too many days of total sugar cravings (and giving in to them) in the evenings. spending more time outside seems to be helping the last couple of days. But at least it's going in the right direction . . .

    Sandra, Thank you so much! It is always hard watching someone going through this. My husband is very close with her and is a mess. I am sure the next week will be a rough one in our house. Hopefully I can still manage to stay on top of everything though.
    Congrats on seeing the scale going in the right direction. I know often times the scale doesn't seem to want to move as fast as I would like it to!

    It has been one crazy week! I am experiencing a love/HATE relationship with my scale, because of course, it cannot be my fault! I have been as high as 155.3lbs. ( yes, in this week ) and this morning 149 again. I changed the battery on the scale and have tried increasing the water intake. I also took up biking today. I really hope that I can do better for next weigh in!

    Well I am a week behind... But at least it is moving again :) for the whole month of May it went from 147-149 so this is great :) I just might make it into the 130's this month if I really kick butt. I am going to do my best to cut back on my processed sugars and I can say out of the month I have only had a hand full of diet DP's (2 today :( ) so I am getting so much better.
