3500+ Calorie burn challenge 6/13-6/19

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

Weekly Goal:
Mon: calories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

    I will try...I usually burn this much in a week...do you use what MFP says you burned for a specific activity? I have a HRM which is usually much different...

    I use my heart rate monitor numbers. MFP usually tends to be way to high

    No you can set your own calorie goals the minimum is 3500 (even though some will do lower for their own personal reasons) and some people started at 3500 and increase it every week.

    HOORAY! I love this challenge. My goal last week was 5000 but I didn't quite make it, even though I started the week off strong. TOM came to visit on Friday and effed everything up! Back on track this week. My goal will be 5000 again. I did the Shred already this morning but I'm going to add up all my calories and log them tonight, after I hit the gym.
