As each month we will MOVE. You may do whichever exercise that gets you going and keeps you motivated. We have walkers, runners, bicyclists, joggers.

I'm in. Managed something like 70miles walking last month, no cycling but plenty of dancing.
Let's aim for 80miles this month, am keeping up with the couch to 5k so all doable, even if it IS the festive season!!!
Will be going offline for a long weekend, on an island on an island cut off at high tide. It's a friend's birthday, so there will be more imbibing than physical exercise but I could do with a break!!

Good morning guys! So I was all psyched up about making my 10,000 steps every day and guess what... My treadmill died! Ok, it's not dead, but it's temporarily out of service. Huff... Maybe my cute fix-it guy can get it repaired today.

WELCOME NEWBIES!
I know...Iknow....I am behind on posting. I still eat as healthy as possible most days. I am still walking most days but finding extra time too come too the computer has been a bit tough. With husband retiring on Dec 19th we've just been busy doing extra running for Insurances, paperwork, etc. Also we were away the past three days.....Having started these 'move' goals for a few years now I find I am the one getting behind... BUT I will not leave. I am hanging in there with the rest of you.....
Ok now I forgot where I was...lol...Ok It rained 3 days solid end of Nov and thru 2nd of December.

oh I'm still here @SteveCro (pleased to hear you're clean). Wait 'til you hear all MY adventures for the weekend....
Spent the weekend celebrating a friend's birthday in a fort. On an island, attached to a slightly bigger island in a group of islands (closer to France than England). The fort was built to keep the French away, but ended up being occupied by the Germans, trying to get to the British. But we hid.
My room looked out onto the rocks and the spume-filled sea, and we locked the drawbridge at night to keep away the marauding hordes (all 1600 island residents). Mostly we wanted to stop them getting at our barrel of beer.
There was some walking (quite a bit more than I planned, but then when you stay on a fort connected to an island by a causeway, the pub seems quite far to travel), plenty of dancing (the table bounced but survived), a lot of out-of-focus photos taken of waves and a fair amount of hilarity. And fancy dress. Thankfully the flight home (in a 'shoe') was less eventful than the flight out, which had been first evacuated due to dripping fuel from the engines and then delayed whilst they flew out an engineer and a spare plane to get us....
My walking so far for December - 22 miles already!!!! well on target.
