    Successes this week: Finally! The scale has been going up and down since November 11th... Success has been sticking to the program and not giving up when the scale wasn't moving. Looking at the NSV's! I haven't lost any weight but I went down a pants size. :)

    Struggles this week: Although, I've lost a good amount of weight so far. I don't see it when I look in the mirror. I took a profile picture of myself to post here. It wasn't worthy enough.....I'm my worst critic. I need to change this!

    The holiday season starts this weekend for me! I have to find a balance of enjoying life and taking care of myself. One day at a time! I'll try my best!

    Great job Carrie!!!!! I know it's hard to see photos of ourselves; I saw one of me clothed last weekend and was criticizing everything in the photo. Just keep up what you're doing..losing 2.4 is awesome!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I was really dedicated to logging everything I ate and stayed within maintenance #'s on NROLW.

    My struggle has started this week with starting the workouts. I am SUPER sore today, but also fell and twisted my ankle on the very first workout of the program. Le sigh. I feel beat up today but I'm going to soak tonight, stretch and get back at it tomorrow for the 2nd workout! I am worried that I'll gain weight with lifting and that I won't ride it out and be patient enough for it to finally show what I'm working for.....but I'll be patient...at least I'll try. :)

    Successes/Struggles this week: Not going to lie, the scale was quite depressing this week. I did pretty good with calories the first few days last week and then I had 2 holiday parties and things went downhill. Went to the gym twice last week and planning to at least double that this week. Finals this week, so hoping I'll be able to get on track better once break starts.

    Successes/struggles this week: I pushed myself outside of my training sessions with my trainer to do at least 30 minutes of cardio(total of 6 days of physical activity. A bit psycho but B-day is 20 days away!). I think it worked out well. I stuck to my meal times and supplements, even on Saturday and Sunday. The weekend is usually my downfall to a good week, but I am determined and willing to do what it takes.

    Successes/struggles this week: The biggest struggle for me was eatin. I've spent all of last week gradually cutting out junk food from my diet and this week i realized i really didn't have much else to eat. I averaged 850cal a day, which is BAD i know and probably why i didn't lose much this week. The fact that i wasn't hungry didn't help (the cold make me forget the hunger ._. ) I'm trying to eat more this week.

    Holy crap, you guys! Don't know what happened: I stepped on the scale and it said I was up 12.5 pounds. Next morning, I was 5 less than that, but still up 7.5... I can only assume that it is a side-effect of lots of sodium, but not gonna lie: It was a bit demoralizing. I've decided to just call it a blip and ignore the scale until my regular weigh-in day next week.

    I have a total of 100 pounds to lose. I started at 240 on 7/5/15 and by 11/21/15, I had lost 26.4 pounds bringing me to 213.6....well thanksgiving came (2 days of eating) and so did the weight and a few other problems and by 12/1/15 I had gone back up to 224. Now everything I eat or drink causes me to bloat, badly. (I guess my body wasn't used to that kind of food anymore). I cut back drastically on what I eat now. Just taking it one day at a time and still exercising.
