Song: Bought for protection + "nearly" off + the absence of prevarication
Artist: French for "fast fashion"
Vous ne parle francais?
English artist clue:
Prefix indicating "down" + letter that is also a vegetable + fifth letter + vitamin present in citrus fruits + letter not heard in "hour" + fifth letter again= First word in group name)
A special way to consume pie MINUS Islamic name for God (spelling liberty taken) = Second word in group name0 -
I don't know their stuff. I did a lot of digging to find what might be the right answer. Let's see if anyone else can get this without all the digging.

Okay, stealing RunTimer's idea here and I hope it makes sense and you can read it
(Edit: it's easier to enlarge/see on a desktop site, sorry it's so small on phone screens)
I will accept any one of the three artists and their corresponding song titles.

Nice!
Okay, I'm going for (what I think is) the low bearing fruit
Circle 1: ZZ Top / Eliminator?0 -

Dutch brothers must be Van Halen. Sharp Dressed Man sort of fits, but I can't tie it to other parts of the clue.0

Van Halen is correct for circle 2.
The three artists/groups are all male and their respective song titles all contain the same word, but the full song titles are not exactly the same.
I can provide the album the song was released on, if anyone wants that hint.
But you're all a smart bunch and the answers aren't obscure
@RunTimer: Eliminator clarification- it's a nickname for the car model, the Eliminator is a ___ ___.0 -

Legs - ZZ Top
Hot Legs - Rod Stewart
