Goal range: 155-1600 -
My goal is to stay in the 150-155 range for the rest of my life. I'm 56 and 5'10". Same weight I was when I graduated from college. I've weighed less, but I get grumpy under 148.0

I am six foot. I made an agreement with the doctor to get me off diabetes medicine if my glucose was normal in three months flat and I weighed 187 lbs. I weigh 185-187 now. I want to get my arms a bit bigger. So that will be a task again. Anyone wanting to maintain or almost there, feel free to add me.0

I'm 5'8.5 and my current weight is 123. My goal weight is 122, so I'm almost there. I was 127.4 when I started. My weight sounds low for my height but I'm small framed. My comfortable weight has always been between 118-125, depending on my muscle strength. Right now I have NO muscle. Hoping to change that, and then my goal will be back up to 125.0

I'm 5'8" and 123-126 lbs. Eventually I'd like to get to 135-140, but that's over the course of a long time (maybe years). So, I'm basically maintaining.0

I'm 5-6 (was 5-7.5 in college) and at my goal weight of 140-145 pounds since early November. Heaviest was 213.
Vanity sizing means that I'm now wearing size 10 pants, sometimes 8, even though I wore 12s when I was an inch and a half taller and 20 pounds less.0 -
5'9 male, sw 277 gw ~175 cw ~175. Body fat around 12% as per Dexa scan a few months ago.
Not sure if i should be in recomp or doing bulk/cut atm... A little worried about getting fat around the waist again. Maybe staying on recomp will give me the best of both worlds0 -
