    I have a vivid memory of my dad trying to open a sardine can and this happened. Hard to use a regular can-opener on those square-ish cans, too... you really do need the tab thingie to stay attached. This was a slightly different style than a soda can because it involved a tab and a key, but it broke off the exact same way.

    Now... how much of a to-do do you think this was, since it happened about 45 years ago and I'm still having flashbacks? :#

    Aside from LA drivers, nothin' much these days. It's fun to pretend I'm Silkk the Shocker or Master P when I'm rollin' down a street full of angry people though.

    When the husband calls at 8pm to say hey I'm on my way home and I hope you haven't started dinner since I already ate. Oh that's ok I'm not just standing at the stove making a sauce for your pork chops since you can't eat them without a sauce and the oh you were waiting to eat with me I thought you'd have eaten...um no. grrrr

    Bosses who think that they know how to do everything and type a letter and ask you to simply print it, then when you do, they notice an error and tell you to fix it and reprint it. I just went through TEN versions of a damn letter that, if they'd given it to me in the first place, would've taken ONE version to complete. Grr.
