My goal weight for February 29 is 277

This is my best week so far. 1,2 kg (2,6 lbs I think) in one week. 1 cm off waist and 1 cm off hips.0 -

Initial weight (18/12/2015): 75.8kg
Weigh-in 1 (22/12/2015): 76.2 kg
Total weight loss so far: - 0.4 kg
Honestly it looks like I did bad, but considering my TOM started yesterday, I think the extra weight can be accounted for. Also, I did only join four days ago, so I wasn't expecting any massive change weight-wise regardless.
Still: I'm proud of myself because I've logged everything I've eaten for the past three days, even when I ate badly/overate. And I consistently weighed myself every morning. So that's a success, regardless of what the scales say.0 -

I gained water weight because I was celebrating my 19th birthday on Saturday and had been celebrating for 3 days in total! Hoping to start losing weight again soon! Would love to get down to 200lbs by New Year!

Numbers went up at least a pound since the previous weigh in but that's not surprising considering all the extra food finding its way into my mouth now.
My next weigh in is probably only going to be 3 weeks from now as the holidays are filled with too many social gatherings filled with food and drinks. It will be nice to see where the numbers fall on the scale once everything has returned to normal for about a week.0 -

I weighed yesterday because I am done with my first semester of college! I am also starting to get back to the vegetables too (last week, I didn't feel like eating anything remotely healthy). But then I see that I am actually having a "belly" and so I need to watch out! Five weeks off here we come (unsure if I will weigh at all or not).0 -

Very excited that I am losing especially since this time of year is inherently bad for weight loss and healthy eating. I am managed to dodge almost every yummy holiday treat to be thrown my way. I have indulged in one or two little treats but all within my calorie goals and macros. Going on a 4 mile hike on Christmas Morning before the big meal!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! I do hope you all have a fabulous holiday whether alone or with many, it is definitely a time of sharing and love. May it be for you a time of renewal and fleshing in every part of your lives.
For some it's a time to regrouping and preparing to move forward. Distractions have been endless, but now you must begin to refocus with a sense of purpose and direction. Be done with everything that has gotten you off track. The days ahead can be are treacherous and require you to pay attention to what you are choosing each moment of the day.
