Hey everyone:) My name is Cassondra.I'm 29 years old and fighting PCOS. I've been on this weight loss journey since March 2015 & lost 95lbs so far. Im excited for 2016 and a fresh start. Thanks! I'm ready for the holidays to be over and a new start. I think the holidays are the worst with all the food temptations. I'm so ready for 2016!0 -

I remember when I was first diagnosed with PCOS,it's scary and depressing knowing all these things can happen. I struggled with my weight my entire life. This past year I had enough, i was tired of gaining weight. My mindset changed when my doctor refered me to a weight loss clinic and i had alot of supportive people rooting me on. I was put on a low carb diet,which is great for pcos. One key for me is the positive people that support me and my journey. Feel free to add me.0 -
