I'll join! I'm trying to commit to 30 minutes of exercise a day. I usually work out for a little over an hour once a week, but I'd like to become more consistent so for now I will reduce my time. I will consume ~1200 calories a day.
My Ultimate Goal is to get into a healthy weight range by June 1st.
