30 day Calisthenics challenge!

Looking for MFPals who will commit to accepting this calisthenics workout below and do it with me daily. Let's burn some extra calories, gain some strength, endurance, and muscle, and jump start our goals. Anyone can do this workout..if you have to modify you can!

1. 25 pushups
rest (20 sec)

2. 25 Jumping jacks
rest 20 seconds

3. 50 crunches
rest 1 minute (water break)

4. 25 pushups
rest 20 seconds

5. 25 jumping jacks
rest 20 seconds

6. 50 crunches

DONE

    Day 2 completed with a squat challenge that builds up over the next 28 days and 4 mile walk.

    my day 2 is complete as well! nice addition! I did a 4 mile walk as well at 4 am this morning! get it!

    Day 3 done with squats and a 2.5 mile walk. That's all I had time for. ;) Good job @fat2fitaddict!

    Day 4 complete with 4 mile walk. It is a rest day with squats.

    Day 5 done, plus squat challenge and 4 mile walk. The crunches...I really dislike those. lol
