    Tonight I had to snack due to my heart rate being out of wack so I went over, but not by much. When I wake up I will just have to start drinking salt water to make sure I get my salt intake.

    Hello everyone.I try to left nighteating.Its my horror of life 10 years i eat at the night and its very hard to left this habit.I have plan for this year to left night eating and lost weight,becouse i feel sick.

    I have just had my anti biotics changed and need to take the last one at night with food so I will have to have something small at about 10-11 pm at night, this willbe for the next five days. I will put this in my daily notes on here to explain why I have needed to do this to keep me accountable.

    Beginning 1/4/2016:
    1) No snacking after my 1200 calories are used or 7:30pm - whichever comes first.
    2) No cheating in the middle of the night when I let the dogs outside to pee.

    BTW, welcome and welcome back to a lot of new names and faces. Glad you're in! As @cadownham put it, this is a great place for accountability! I've gleaned a lot of great tips and received a lot of encouragement from this little (?) tribe, too!

    this is my biggest struggle so far im a night owl so i get real hungry between 10 and 2 a.m. Question does eating a late night veggie salad count as snacking because thats what ive been doing since starting 4 days ago ...and if i dont ,i hit *kitten* mode lol not fun
