    not as much loss as I would like. had too many days of total sugar cravings (and giving in to them) in the evenings. spending more time outside seems to be helping the last couple of days. But at least it's going in the right direction . . .
    I've been giving into those cravings too... :ohwell: My cleanse saved me from a massive gain!

    I just started to "be good" so maybe some water weight fell off? Thanks Steph_135!!!! I need all the encouragement I can get. I am a food addict and I really need to discipline myself from over indulging and treating my body like crap! I’ve always been big, but after getting my engagement pictures back from the photographer from last week, I am appalled! I look horrible! I already have my wedding dress and it fits perfect, but I need to get healthy! If I only lose 10 pounds before the wedding than I’ll be happy, if I lose more I’ll be happier and gladly pay for dress alterations!!!! LoL

    Well here is my mid week check in: I have been very tired the last few days not really sure why thinking maybe I need to try some different food choices. I have gone to the fitness center 3 times this week which is way better than last weeks not at all. The scale was way down yesterday (over a pound) but back up today almost 1/2 pound over my last recorded weight. I just hope it goes down again for next recording day. All in all I just keep plugging away and hope to make it to fitness center today yet then the rest of this week I won't be around to go.
    Hope everyone else is having an awesome week and Monday we see lots of loss.

    Mid-week check in:

    I'm struggling with sugar in the evenings. My mind gets taken over by an alien who is not loosing weight, doesn't care what she looks like and wants to die young. then after the sugar rush hits me the alien vacates my brain and I'm sorry I ate it. I know that's why the loss is so slow. It's frustrating, but I'm not giving up.

    Yesterday I was working on organizing photos on my computer and saw pictures of me at a family reunion 6 years and +15 pounds ago. It was horrifying! I carry my weight in my belly (the unhealthy way!) and I was "the fat girl" in the photos. Ugh. It was awful looking at those pictures. But the alien still invaded after dinner and I ate 6 cookies. No wonder I'm the fat girl in the family pictures!! I don't want to be her!!!!! I want to be the fit girl who's hiding inside me!

    So I'm out to walk / jog again - school out (I'm a teacher) so I have time for a nice long session and I've nothing better to do with my life than lose the weight. (How's that for a self - pep-talk.)

    Mid week check in.

    I'm doing well this week. With being away last week and next week, I promised myself that this week would count. So I have upped the workouts and eaten really well. It has helped that my husband is out of town so I have less temptations of wine and chocolate in the evenings. My downfall is still chocolate but I am slowly weaning myself off that. I actually saw a 137 on the scales this morning which is 1.5 down from Mondays weigh in. I am hoping it will last until next monday for my official weigh in. It may have been a bit of dehydration water loss, it has been warm over here the last few days. But I am definitely happy about it. I have been good about water having at least 8 glasses a day and more when I am working out.

    Mid week check in.

    I am doing OK this week. I had 2 awesome workouts at the gym this week. I have one more gym workout planned. Weekend will be busy so I will have to do something at home. Eating OK too. It could be better for sure. I have been reflecting today and I need to remind myself more how far I have come already when my motivation is slipping away from me.

    Mid-week check-in!

    So this week I am drinking a lot more water, and changed my exercises up a bit. I am really enjoying cardio kickboxing..
    oh and I'm also trying to cut back on sodium.. it's very tempting to get that salt shaker and add "just a bit" to my food.. and "just a bit" turns into A LOT :/

    I am feeling pretty good about my eating and exercise this week, so I hope to see a change in the scale.. :)

    I hope everyone else has a great rest of the week...

    06/13: 136.2lbs no change:( but is better than going back up:) I will take it.
    06/20: 135.2lb down a pound I am a happy camper. It may not seem like much but during campinmg season right now I don't log for 2 and 1/2 days each week because I don't have internet access. I try to get in some exercise but it isn't quite the same as going to fitness center and doing elliptical so I am glad I am still doing ok. I figure as long as I can at least maintain this for summer if I don't loose the other 10lbs that would be ok too maybe I would hit it harder this fall when I'm not gone all weekend to finish that last 10.
