hey - I am in. my big downfall is having a glass of wine...then munchies...then another glass of wine...repeat. I am definitely with the poster who said she'd brush her teeth after dinner! My post:

I have just had my anti biotics changed and need to take the last one at night with food so I will have to have something small at about 10-11 pm at night, this willbe for the next five days. I will put this in my daily notes on here to explain why I have needed to do this to keep me accountable.0

Beginning 1/4/2016:
1) No snacking after my 1200 calories are used or 7:30pm - whichever comes first.
2) No cheating in the middle of the night when I let the dogs outside to pee.

this is my biggest struggle so far im a night owl so i get real hungry between 10 and 2 a.m. Question does eating a late night veggie salad count as snacking because thats what ive been doing since starting 4 days ago ...and if i dont ,i hit *kitten* mode lol not fun0

- Finish eating at 9pm 5/7 nights per week.
- Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice.

January goals
1. To stay under 600 calories after 5:00 pm. (I am good about staying under 500 calories for breakfast and for lunch, but after work I throw calorie counting out the window and all my hard work is for nothing)
2. To cut out bread and potato chips for the month (my husband is rocking weight loss and has chosen to cut out bread until March. I am going along in order to help him with his goal. I am throwing in chips to the goal because I can never have just one.)0 -
