    Yes I will give this a serious go, always the evenings are a trigger especially when my hubby is on late shift. I will do this in tandem with reaching for my colouring book when I get the munchies. This two pronged approach is my armour for 2016. With a holiday in April I have a two step weight loss plan, 100 days to holiday and then onwards to 2017. This is the year, mindfulness, self worth, colouring and no snacking to reach personal goal , may even add some walking into the mix(new pedometer arrived) Here we go.................................... :p

    ok, so I did have a sugar cookie that my daughter just made (YUM!) but since its just 715, I will give myself credit if I can avoid the rest of them (and everything ELSE in my kitchen)! 100 over on my calories today...gotta cut myself off there. Send your "be strong" vibes this way...I am sending the vibes out, too!
