Yes I will give this a serious go, always the evenings are a trigger especially when my hubby is on late shift. I will do this in tandem with reaching for my colouring book when I get the munchies. This two pronged approach is my armour for 2016. With a holiday in April I have a two step weight loss plan, 100 days to holiday and then onwards to 2017. This is the year, mindfulness, self worth, colouring and no snacking to reach personal goal , may even add some walking into the mix(new pedometer arrived) Here we go....................................0

ok, so I did have a sugar cookie that my daughter just made (YUM!) but since its just 715, I will give myself credit if I can avoid the rest of them (and everything ELSE in my kitchen)! 100 over on my calories today...gotta cut myself off there.
