I've decided to teach myself to knit at night to keep the thought of getting a snack off my mind. This last week NOOOOO NLS for me,

I didn't eat enough calories today and its past the time I can eat. Ugh.. I will have a better day tomorrow.

Was having trouble falling asleep, last night, so ate eight saltines to bring on sleepiness. It worked and I slept well. It was a well-placed LNS and did not cost me too many calories or a junk food binge. So, for me, that is a "win".

What a great group, I'm prone to the endless snacking while parked in front of netflix on restless nights. Hopefully this will kick me back in to self discipline!

-Not eat past 8:30 5/7 days of week.
