Day 2: 50 minutes, water met

Day 2 done - 1 cheat of half a donut. Ugh someone brought in 3 large trays of donuts. I almost made it but at the very end of the day there was still some left so I had half of one. Ate small meals today so less than 1200 calories today. 25 squats in my squat challenge. 30 min of walking dogs. No time for an extra workout today.0

Already feeling energized, two days of clean eating and moderate 40 min cardio. This week I will gradually build in the weights and some yoga.

3rd day of challenge...start weight 170...current weight 169lbs....60 minutes of elliptical at 5am.0

1 Gallon of water weighs about 8 pounds. If you drink 8 cups a day for 90 days, that is 45 gallons which is 360 pounds. This is a realistic goal. I will be drinking much more than my body weight in 90 days.0 -
30 minute walk on treadmill, 20 minute on elliptical and 10 minutes of strength done today.0

45 minutes of hill intervals walking on the treadmill, followed by a full 15 minutes of stretching. This was the first day in 9 where I didn't do any strength training, and it was a nice change of pace.0

I just started P90X3 this week. Today was Yoga. I've been drinking a lot more water and no soda. (I normally drink more soda than water) We've been also eating better (no desserts, whole wheat, more veggies, limited lean meats).0
