    I've been on top of my diet and exercise, however I've increased my exercise quite a bit. I think I'm retaining some water from the muscle soreness. Hoping for a whoosh soon!

    Successes/struggles this week: Eliminated the water in my body, now lets keep this going and get to the fat! My biggest struggle is night eating!! So have to work on this!!!! Oh yeah i'm a chocoholic...... :p

    Successes/struggles this week: This was my first week back on my diet after a 3 month hiatus and I'm happy with how I did. I logged all my food, prepped my meals ahead of time, and stayed just under my calorie allotment. I'm sure much of this big loss is water weight, so I expect the scale to slow down now. I'm hoping I can add more walking to my day.

    Successes/struggles this week: I did work out at the gym 5 times this week and walked outside and danced with the Wii, but too much eating out this week I didn't lose anything. Glad I didn't gain either.

    Successes This Week: Lost despite not tracking during a stressful long week of group business travel. I tried to be aware of my choices, but had some stress eating. Back tracking now.

    Struggles: Bad back/leg pain made it hard to push my self to eat healthy and impossible to exercise

    Goal Weight: as I tend to average out loss at .5lb a week, will go with 2.25lbs - 13st 5.25lbs / 188.25lbs. Updated 01/01/16: see above.

    Struggles - Found it incredibly hard to get back on track. Very hacked off with myself as had things I shouldn't have (suffer from IBS) and just far too much of everything. Working hard now on getting myself under control.
    Successes - Have had two good days, with a marginally less than inbetween, but today was a good one. Each day at a time.

    Successes/struggles this week: Logged every day and didn't induldge too badly at work for my birthday. Saturday was a whole other story. Had a cocktail (Just 1) and baked alaska (didn't finish it all) and amazing food for my birthday dinner with my family. Didn't log the calories because I didn't even know where to begin. Made sure I logged today. Starting to work out twice a day today.

    Successes/struggles this week: Struggles - I had some trouble with afternoon snacking. Dang, I love crunchy, salty snacks! Success - I stuck with my exercise routine and worked hard. I am soooooo close to "onederland" and it's super motivating to keep going.

    Successes/struggles this week: Started using a Misfit Flash. Has helped me to log my daily steps and motivates me to log at least 7000. However, the after x-mas sales on candy has led to me purchasing some sweets that I normally try not to keep in my house.

    I incresed my activity level this. Not more formal exercise, but more walking here and there and not staying still for too long. I'm a little annoyed actually. It's the first time in 8 months that I'm actually annoyed.
