    I've been on top of my diet and exercise, however I've increased my exercise quite a bit. I think I'm retaining some water from the muscle soreness. Hoping for a whoosh soon!

    Successes/struggles this week: This was my first week back on my diet after a 3 month hiatus and I'm happy with how I did. I logged all my food, prepped my meals ahead of time, and stayed just under my calorie allotment. I'm sure much of this big loss is water weight, so I expect the scale to slow down now. I'm hoping I can add more walking to my day.

    Successes/struggles this week: I did work out at the gym 5 times this week and walked outside and danced with the Wii, but too much eating out this week I didn't lose anything. Glad I didn't gain either.

    Successes This Week: Lost despite not tracking during a stressful long week of group business travel. I tried to be aware of my choices, but had some stress eating. Back tracking now.

    Struggles: Bad back/leg pain made it hard to push my self to eat healthy and impossible to exercise

    Struggles - Found it incredibly hard to get back on track. Very hacked off with myself as had things I shouldn't have (suffer from IBS) and just far too much of everything. Working hard now on getting myself under control.
    Successes - Have had two good days, with a marginally less than inbetween, but today was a good one. Each day at a time.

    Successes/struggles this week: Logged every day and didn't induldge too badly at work for my birthday. Saturday was a whole other story. Had a cocktail (Just 1) and baked alaska (didn't finish it all) and amazing food for my birthday dinner with my family. Didn't log the calories because I didn't even know where to begin. Made sure I logged today. Starting to work out twice a day today.

    I incresed my activity level this. Not more formal exercise, but more walking here and there and not staying still for too long. I'm a little annoyed actually. It's the first time in 8 months that I'm actually annoyed.

    Successes/struggles this week: Had a good first week - managed to lose 3lb which was a surprise. I seem to lose it quicker during the week.     I did a lot better this week with eating and also started a new workout program that I stuck to. Down 1.4 lbs isn't too bad! I'm happy with it. Especially since I started lifting weights and normally you gain before you lose due to building muscle. Excited to see how this week goes! :smile:

    Successes/struggles this week: Ugh the scale didn't move this week (and lets be honest it was jumping around in the 142's but after like the 5th time i got on the scale it said 141.8-- so im going to say I stayed the same lol.     Successes: Well, I reached my goal for the month, and am (presumably, having moved my scale, and given dressed versus nekkid weight-ins) back into 'Overweight' range...

    As mentioned before, I am just back from travel/Christmas/cruise, so this is mostly water and 'recent' weight, thus not a particularly large victory! Still, I could have given up, I suppose, so I will take it - and celebrate it appropriately - and move on.

    My next goal is to get back to where I was, at my plateau: 192.8. With about 2 pounds of clothes, that would be 194.8 -- another kilo, or 2.2 pounds.

    Struggles: I have got a wicked cold, and it has been very cold outside! I am usually eager to get out and walk at 40 degrees Fahrenheit and up (and am willing at 20-and-up, if it's not too icy or windy), but a hacking cough and freezing temperatures do not mix and I am feeling too crappy, anyway...

    Still, the sun is shining today (and it looks like it will be warmer) -- and the dog may guilt me into it, yet.
