I've been at 1560 for about a week, although I actually find that hard to do. I hang out between 1250-14000

Normally my goal is 1700 because I had it set to lightly active to lose 1 pound a week. Since getting the Fitbit I have changed it to sedentary so my calorie budget is now 1410. There is no way, even on a rest day would I eat that low...lol I typically eat between 1800-2200 (sometimes more) with exercise and I am losing weight. I have stalled a bit but still becoming lean as I have increased my heavy lifting routine. Feel free to add me!0

Feel free to add me - I have my diary set to 1500, but that's because I am well aware of my own tendency to eat ~200 calories above whatever I set my diary to, and also because I like to run a higher deficit during the week to compensate for weekend indulgences. My TDEE is roughly 2300-2400, so I lose quite happily at 1800-1900.0

I'm at 1620 and have lost 2 lbs so far in 2 weeks so I'm on track so far to lose 1 lb/week. Started my new journey for the new year. Goal is to lose 30. My diary is open! I exercise at least 4x per week. Anyone feel free to add

I am so happy to have read this thread. I get so tired of seeing women eat 1200 calories or less for no good reason! I'm on 1470 cals a day, plus fitbit calories. I'm on my last few kgs and I just want them gone already!0

My goal is 1800, and I'm slowly losing a little. I tried lower than that and I just couldn't do it
This way I have a little wiggle room for treats or days I feel super hungry. Anyone else on the same path can definitely add me!

I eat 2000 to gain lol. I can lose at 1500 though. It's my sweet spot but I need to be super accurate because my TDEE is only 1800.0

I lost my last 19lbs on 1600/day. I have increased it to 1700, and depending on results will reevaluate and possibly increase again in another 10-15lbs lost.0

I'm 142.2lbs, trying for 138 or 140. I have MFP set to lose .5lbs a week, which puts me at 1,560k, and I eat 80% of my Fitbit adjustment.0

I'm eating at 1660 cal to lose 1/2 a pound a week. I started out at 1200, moved to 1300 in the summer, but I'm now at the 1600s because I ended up dropping the healthy eating attempt for months because I felt restricted/couldn't work in treats. People are free to add me, or just check out my diary because it's open. It's not at all a pillar of good health though. But it's working for me haha.0

My maintenance is right around 2000 (more with my Fitbit sometimes) and I aim to stay below that daily. Some days the deficit is larger than others, but I almost always eat over 1800 cals/day. Anyone can feel free to add me!0

Just recently started back- baby is 6mo old...its time. My daily goal is 1625 (used TDEE calculation) with moderate work outs 5/6 days per week.0
