I started pushing myself harder at the gym this week, and I'm not going to let my bf's poor dinner choices pull me away from my healthy eating habits! I expect to see this number go DOWN next week!!)

Joining!!! I've started drinking lemon water in the mornings, adding grapefruit to my diet and doing a cleanse this week. Hopefully by Feb i'll see results.
