    L2D1 done. Had an extra day off last week due to .. well, just being lazy. I think I like level 2 better than level 1!

    A teeny teeny bit easier, feel I'm starting to get more out of it now. Also can feel my abs! Nice to know I have some :)

    L2/day 13 (?) I've lost count lol! so today I really pushed myself and I think I pulled my hamstring in my left leg! :( so tonight it is epsom salt bath and maybe an early rest day tomorrow. any suggestions on how to effectively treat a pulled hammy? I've never had one so I'm not sure where to go from here! Thanks!!!

    Can I join too? I just found this thread today. I"ve been doing Jillian's 30 day shred and just started Level 2 this week. I actually like Level 2 better than Level 1 and I'm not nearly as sore as when I started it. It would be nice to have some company and motivation while Jillian kicks my _ _ _!!!

    Level 2, Day 2 is done. Planks are killing my shoulder. Never reccommend this workout to someone who has a prior rotator cuff injury is all I have to say, lol.

    Level 2 day 2 done!! yay. :| I agree the planks are tough, near the end when you have to to the plank jacks i just do jumping jacks hold the weight up and the plank twists i do side crunches because i just cant do it right now. I cant wait til it is over!

    Day 4 Level 2 is done! I'm having to modify some of the moves as my knees are killing! I cant do the plank twists either so i'm doing another set of double crunches.

    Level 2 Day 5 Done! This is still really hard! Level 1 got a little easier by now, but I am still struggling with level 2 :grumble:

    Day 6 of Level2 done :)

    Took yesterday off as rest day.
    Hurt my elbow a bit I thiink but managed to do some mini push ups after the walk out

    Are people noticing changes in their body? I am, slight, but its changing!

    Level 2 Day 3 done. I'm noticing a few changes. I've lost about 5lbs since I started and my muscles are feeling better. When you're really close to your goal weight like I am it's tough. I hear other people losing a ton each week and I have to remember that I'm almost there.

    I am really close to my goal weight too so I have seen any changes in the scale but i have noticed my body tightening up.

    I'm not too fussed about the scales now. I have to remind myself that although it comes off slower now, 1-2lb loss/gain makes a massive difference! When I was bigger it took about 7lb to notice any difference.
    Dont know if that makes sense sorry!

    Today I puked into my own mouth while doing Jillian so THAT is definately a first. Blue cheese and water.:blushing: :noway:

    Day 7 of Level 2 done!

    Managed to do the twist plank things at the end without collapsing! Sooo hard!
    Getting slightly better at push ups.
    Watching level 3 just now, eeeek!

    day 15 for me on due to my hamstring "injury" and I agree with everyone else, this level is not getting easier! If anything I feel like it is getting more challenging! Hopefully I can catch up, i am behind 3 days :( we're almost done though!!

    Day 5 of level 2 done this morning. It is getting easier for me! I am enjoying this level way more than the first one. I did pull my groin on day 1 of this level with the plank jacks so it has been difficult, I have do jumping jack with hand weights instead. and I am rocking the 5lb weights all the way. :)

    Day 9 of Level 2 done!!

    Its going in so fast, I was so irritated by level 1 by day 9 but I still 'enjoy' level 2.
    Coped a bit better today and got more Natalie moves in, I hate the abs at the very end! Imagine everyone does though!

    I had an off weekend. My stomach was a mess and I didn't workout. Don't know if I can count walking around 3 different malls on Saturday looking for a stupid bathing suit since I had ice cream with DD and then fried calamari yesterday :( Annoyed with myself. I didn't workout this morning but I'll get back on track after I bring DD skating tonight.

    Life gets in the way sometimes, get back on the DVD when u r ready. I have had days when I've dreaded switching play but half an hour later, it's done, complete and switched off for another day :)
