    Today, I brought my new bento, Bento Beng, to work, packed with leftovers from the previous night's dinner - rice, omelette, grilled bacon-wrapped courgettes and paneer and kimchi.

    I wouldn't say "tasty". They don't taste like anything but they are a great source of fiber, omega 3s and thicken up my yogurt to super creamy levels (no escaping inside the box!). They are another option to flax seeds :smile:
