I fell and smashed my knee at Christmas and for some reason it wants to swell and not bend right today. So I am going to take a day of rest and get back to it tomorrow, see if that helps.0

Ouch! Knee problems are the worst. When mine starts acting up, I prop it up with an ice pack, and usually in good shape the next day! Hope you're better soon!0 -

I certainly hope everyone is having a great weekend and got in some groovy walking! I know I am! It has been cold, but so far, I am able to still get out there on most days. We have some snow expected by mid-week so just have to wait and see what will happen.0

stacyhadden:Hope your knee is feeling better. I have had that happen once, it took a couple of days for the swelling to go down; but I didn't have any other more serious injury to it.

Well, so much for my plans for a walk. My mom took a bad fall so I racked up 2,500 steps pacing at the emergency room instead. She needs someone with her for a few days so will have to get creative about getting in my walking for a bit.0
