See that's why I really like oreos, the calorie count is decent and you can put them IN things-ice cream, yogurt, whatever. And you only need one or two. The rest I put in the freezer and if I grab one, I gotta log it. It's not like with little chocolates or chips-I grab one here or there and try to get away without logging it.
You had me up to that point.0 -
I see people talking about Oreo cheesecake. Now I am adding them to my protein cheesecake tonight when I make it. Thanks!0

You can have as many a you want! I'm little, bulking on 2000 calories, I usually don't have more than 4 in a sitting. 4 on top of ice cream that is.0 -

are you using a Protein Chef recipe? I really want to try one but am so lazy0 -
I'm not the biggest fan of oreos unless they've been dipped in milk. Zero to hero in one little dunk. Also I prefer the cookie more than the cream, so I stay away from double stuf. I like the birthday cake ones a lot!!0

This quickly turned into "What you can do with the Oreo" and I like it! Those slut brownies were done right! My husband loves Oreos so we done those, Oreo Fluff, Oreo Cakeballs, deep fried Oreo, cookie dipped, etc. Oreo fluff is so rich I can be down with 1/4 cup sometimes.0
