CPU/IPF platform 77.5kg.
100% raw (no start command and an insanely short press command) 81kg
Gym 85kg
Never going to be enough weight on the bar0 -
Wow! Very impressive .... I'm a work in progress, but love to lift0

Not as much as I used too.0
-
not enough.
1RM PR is 225.0 -
Not much.
Most I've done is 205 but after this morning I know I can do more. Since I haven't actually done more yet:
I bench 205.

Slowly going up...only have been back in the gym for a month and a half after pretty much zero exercise over several years. Up to 175lbs for 10 reps x3 sets. I really have no interest in finding out what a maximum would be for a single rep etc....every exercise I do is in the 10-15 rep range. When I can do the 12 or 15 easily with a slow controlled return, I add a bit of weight.0

I'm working on it, I'll report back. In the fall.0

405 touch n go. 385 paused0

Best touch-n-go: 315 lbs.0 -
I am currently on 120kg/264lbs for 4 reps0

Back up to 225x5 after a torn pec in June. I am scared to rip it again so I am taking it really slow.0

Wow!!! I need to step my game up0
-

Not enough. 135lbs paused single.0

My joints are a mess thanks to a childhood spent doing lots of manual labor (thanks, dad) so I've made it a rule to never lift anything heavier than my body weight. As a result, I look a lot stronger than I actually am, which is neither good nor bad, IMO.0

Look at all these overachievers! 65lbs here. (But then, I started recently and have gone up from 45 pretty steadily!)0
-
My max with full commands/paused is 65kg/143lbs, both in competition (IPF) and in the gym. My max touch & go (no pause, in the gym only) is 70kg/154lbs.0
-
205kg/452lbs USAPL @ 268lbs BW
Go me!0 -
with a double rotator tear, not so much, 100lbs is about as far as I can go right now.0
-
"Back in my day I used to bench 405" But you only see me bench 265 in the gym.0

I know, I have been working on my overall upper body strength for quite some time. It's definitely my weakness0
