ENCOURAGING WORD...
WAY TO GO EVERYONE! Just the fact you are all still posting means you have not given up on your goals! For some of us our weight loss is not going nearly fast enough and you may have been presented with certain unexpected challenges, which have resulted in a setback! It has happened to ME! We had a crisis couple of weeks with family, but I know taking care of myself is still vitally important! I know this momentary setback shall pass.
If you too have gotten off course, make sure to reset your focus, get back up and go on! You will soon fall into a rhythm with a comfortable stride.
Just keep pressing through and refuse to get discouraged!0 -

They say people tend to consume higher sodium and more food over weekends and that Monday is usually our highest weight and Friday our lowest. If you go out over the weekend you could be just seeing higher water weight on Tuesday weigh ins.0 -

Up 2.4 since Saturday morning
I've come to hate Tuesday weigh-ins. I know I wouldn't hate them if I didn't eat and drink stuff on Saturday and Sunday that made me retain water. I feel like the last couple of weeks I've had to work all week just to get the water off and I don't see a good number on the scale until Friday or Saturday...
This week's challenge for me is to eat clean all weekend so I don't have such a huge water fluctuation the first part of the week.

I'm struggling with water retention this week. I have bounced from 203 to 205 all week and I've had it! This week I am breaking that cycle and getting to "overweight" BMI!0 -
