 This is me! It's like a bonus workout, and the cold fresh air does a body good. I spent a little over 20 mins this morning shoveling my driveway and sidewalk. It's at least light snow, not the real heavy wet stuff! Same reason I enjoy mowing the yard in the summer months. It's productive, outdoors, and something different!

            Hey guys...checking in. I'm walking but still not keeping up with distance. I planned to move the treadmill last Friday but I ended up taking a spill down the steps while doing laundry...just bruised up a bit. Anyway, maybe while I am snowed in tomorrow with my daughter, I will be able to get the treadmill moved...clean the dust off the weight bench...add more air to the exercise ball...untangle the exercise bands...watch the snow...drink hot chocolate...watch a movie...snooze...oops!...do zumba........hope everyone who is in the wake of the upcoming snow storm hitting the east coast stays safe...0
