Hey ladies!!!! Finished Day 14 Level 2...its still hard. Tomorrow I'll be at the halfway point!!!! Can you tell I'm excited! My body is changing, my clothes are getting looser and I feel like I'm tightening up a lot more. Haven't stopped yet, anyone else with me on that and on the same day??

I ended up taking two days off instead of just one. I did day 3 of level 2, and I regret those days off. It was actually harder after the break.
To those on level two, what are your least favorite exercises? I hate anything that is a variation on the plank - which is like all of them! Well, half of them anyway. My abs are sooo sore.0 -

I'm basically with you. One day behind - this morning I did Day 4 of Level 2. I have to say that I do NOT like Level 2 as much as Level 1 - not so much because it's harder (some of it seems harder, some seems easier than Level 1), but I just thought Level 1 was more fun. Having said that, I took my measurements today as my 1/2 way point and I've lost 5.7 inches in my bust, waist, hips and arms. Wish I'd taken thigh measurements but my legs were already fairly toned, so I didn't think I'd see results there - boy, was I wrong - they are visibly smaller!

D4L2 complete...missed yesterday as was too sore from my workout on Saturday (think I did too much) was planning on doing 2 rounds today not sure I can though lol0

I did level 2, day 3 today. For some reason I'm much sorer with level 2 than I ever was with level 1. But that means it's working, right?
My measurements don't seem to have changed, except my weight has gone down a bit, but my other people have commented that I look thinner. So yay!0 -

Thats awesome, and thank you same to you!! Today is day 16 lvl 2 yay! Yeah level 1 was much better IMO too, level 2 is pretty hard. Good for you 5.7 is great results!! I don't know if I am taking my measurements correctly but I know I am losing weight and inches, so I know this is working!

Day 4 of level 2. Did I say the plank-based stuff was my least favorite part? Correction - I hate the planks and everything else

I lost track and missed a day somewhere in there. Today is actually day 6 of level 2 for me. More than half way to the third level!
How are the rest of you doing? Anyone else starting to feel kind of sore? I know I am, especially in my calves!0 -
Day 6 of level 2 done then went to the gym ...great workout ...my knees are killing me though..anyone else have sore knees????0

I know what yoy mean JennBona. The twisty-jump thing (totally blanking on what it's called) just KILLS my knees.0

Yesterday I did LEVEL 3 for the first time (I started a day early) IDK why but I did and I am so sore today!!!! I don't know how on earth I am going to do Day 20 LVL 3 again today??? I will find a way to push through it! Only 10 days left!!!
Am I the first one to start Level 3?? I know some of you ladies are probably starting today?? Good luck!

I love some of the moves on level 3 and absolutely hate some of the others. I actually love the plank poses (because I also do them in pilates so I'm kinda used to them) moves I hate on level 3...jumping squats, jumping lunges, and the rockstar jump!! Those suck so bad.
I have lost about 5 pounds total and finished day 20 today. My measurements have not changed drastically but I have lost a few inches so I'm going to wait till the end to do them. Sorry about the bust line loss0 -
Day 10 of level 2 is now done....on to level 3 Im getting a tattoo tomorrow so depending on how I feel Id like to go right into level 3 tomorrow0

Day one of level 3 - it is HARD! But, at the same time, I was able to make it through to the end without stopping, which I wouldn't have been able to do 30 days ago, so yay!0

Today will be day 3 of level 3...my knees are bothering me the most...went to the gym last time and doing leg extentions were very painful but I do feel it in my inner thighs as well most likely from the suma squats I heard they were really good to tone your inner thighs.0

Day four here. Yeah, I really feel it in my knees while i'm doing it, but for me the knee pain goes away afterwards and the thight ain doesn't. I'm hoping the pain is worth it LOL.0

Are there only 3 of us on level 3?? I tried scrolling through to see but only saw about 2 other than myself? Not sure.

Ya Im thinking that its just 3 of us left on level 3 anyways...Im on day 24 so 6 days left after today ...and me too each day I find I can handle more... pushups I still have to do on my knees too and the last ab part I have to do modified .
I did miss two days since I started one after level 1 and level 2 trying to make it through this level with no days missed .0 -
Level 3 Day 5 and my thighs no longer hurt! Yay! Only 5 more days to go! Do you ladies want to do the Ripped in 30 series after this?
Jenn, I have to do the pushups on my knees too, although I'm finding I can do the walking planks on my toes. I have taken a couple of days off in the past, but not since level two, and I aim to not to take any more off until the end.0
